「The first room we walked into hadn't been cleaned and it took multiple tries to get the key to work. We requested a change of room, which the staff accommodated. There are NO locks on the doors, so anyone with a master key could walk right into your room. We stacked the bed side table and a chair against the door to ensure no one could enter.
