"Property was roomy, clean, easy to use, close to Lake Norman, host was nice. This is on a main road so I couldn’t walk the dogs on the street. Not a huge deal though. Dogs can run in the yard which was fenced in. I would stay here again. "

"Fantastic place for a short stay! The dock, the lake views, the outdoor spaces are unmatched. The room and bathroom are perfect and the living area very comfortable. It has a “kitchenette”, so don’t expect to cook full meals. You can toast bread and warm/heat foods. The drip coffee maker is a great plus."

"The host was very responsive and accurate in the description. The game changer for our family was the extended space of the “man cave”. This location allowed for a surreal get away location for family members to compete with the golf simulator. Having several large commune areas was also a welcomed experience that allowed for both privacy and family gatherings. "

One thing that stood out to us was the arrangement of sleeping quarters. The spaces are nicely separated so each of our four family groups were able to have some privacy. This also helped with noise—some people stay up later. Overall, this was a great stay. Nice neighborhood, clean home, well appointed. "This was a great home on Lake Norman with its own dock . All bedrooms had TVs - plenty space to dine both indoors and out . The enclosed porch was great ! Communication with the owner was smooth . Only concern was lighting down to the dock at night was almost non existent - which could be a safety issue . "
