The Modern Sunset Retreat is a fully renovated, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home thoughtfully furnished and designed with our guests in mind, boasting a modern-industrial ambiance. The comfortable living spaces leads into the spacious backyard with a screened patio, BBQ, and lawn games—a perfect setting for fun. This family friendly neighborhood is nestled in Central Florida, just 15 miles (15 minutes) from the magic of Disney and 22 miles (35 minutes) from the adventures of Universal Studios. **FREE EV CHARGING DURING YOUR STAY** (Message us for details) The Modern Sunset Retreat is a four bedroom, two bathroom fully remodeled home in sunny Davenport, Florida. The property is managed by us for a more tailored experience! We won't be available in person, but will be available via the airbnb app or by telephone at any time for any troubleshooting or questions. Promptness is a priority and we will have a response to you within an hour. Between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am expect a delayed message response. We also ask that you bring a blanket for them to lay on as pet hair is incredibly hard to remove from the surfaces. -Pets must be under direct supervision at all times -Clean up after your pet -Pets are not allowed on beds
