CHECK-OUT INSPECTION
A brief inspection of the property will be conducted together with the guests at a convenient time before check-out. The inspection will be done politely and with respect for the guests’ privacy, helping ensure a smooth and timely return of the security deposit.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
In case of a brownout/blackout, our unit is equipped with automatic emergency lights to provide temporary illumination. However, please be aware that we do not have backup generators, nor do we have control over power interruptions. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such situations.
