    "This was one of the worst properties iv stayed in. Area is 1hr from hcm central. Check in was confusing. Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Would never book again Also dirty and not cleaned well"

    "Was unable to get into the property. They use virtual check in and that does not work. Apparently the finger print was out of order and had been for two days. They canceled our booking and we had to find a new hotel. Very bad experience. Virtual check in is a non-starter. Very bad experience. "
