Welcome to Elm Grove, a charming Georgian property in the heart of Dartmouth. This elegant retreat combines historical character with modern comfort, offering parking and plenty of space for families and groups of up to six guests. If you’re looking for a spacious and stylish holiday cottage, Dartmouth has few better choices.
At Your Devon Escape we will leave you alone to enjoy your visit but are on hand if need be to answer any questions you might have.
The house is set back from the road, ensuring peace and privacy. The property has a private space to park one standard sized family car or two small (Smart Cars). The main central car park is located just a five minute walk from the property and can be controlled using the PaybyPhone App or alternatively, the ‘Just Park’ app can offer local alternatives.
Despite its tranquil location, the property is just a five-minute walk from Dartmouth’s bustling town centre. Home to a wide selection of independent shops and some of the best restaurants in the county, so make sure you enjoy all that the town has to offer!
For those wanting to venture further afield, there are so many activities and attractions a stone’s throw away. Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, where all-weather fun is guaranteed.
