This property is set on two floors; the lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. From hallway stairs to first Floor; you will find the two bedrooms and a family bathroom. 
Size:  Sleeps 4 in 2 Bedrooms
Beds: 5ft King bed and 5ft King Size bed (may unzipped to form Two 2ft 6' Single beds).
Kitchen and Utilities: Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, oven & hob and microwave.
Entertainment:  Smart TV.
For Families: Baby equipment not provided. 
Outside: Outside space at the front of the property with wonderful views of the River Dart. 
Parking:  Parking Permit provided.

Dartmouth Townhouse

A very comfortable and spacious two-bedroom cottage in a lovely town. Would highly recommend.

Cottage mit herrlichem Blick über Dartmouth

Lage: liegt am Hang ohne Parpklatz am Haus; das Auto muss im Ort auf öffentlichem, rd. 600m entferntem, Parkplatz kostenlos abgestellt werden. Straße zum Haus sehr eng und tlw. mit 33% Steigung!! Fahrzeug wenden schwierig. Fußweg zum Haus für alte / gehbehinderte Personen nicht zumutbar. Haus: kleines 4-Personen-Reihenhaus; älterer Stil und gepflegt; Austattung OK und Beschreibung entsprechend Ort: sehr niedlicher, kleiner Ort mit vielen alten Fachwerkhäusern und gepflegten Anlagen und Hafen; liegt am Hang zu beiden Seiten des Dart - viele Restaurants und Geschäfte
