My room was clean, private and quiet. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. Breakfast was very good. The only disappointment was it took management seven days to try to return my security deposit and by then unfortunately I had changed my bank card so it took longer for me to get my money back.

The room was good, not great of an older hotel. The manager/owner was absolutely fantastic and really helped make our visit to NY memorable. He gave us clear directions and helped us in anyway he could. A decent 2-3 star hotel in Yonkers.

Not horrid not great. One bar soap in bathroom period. No lotion, shampoo, conditioner. One roll toilet paper, tub old looking, bed Beyond bring basic, truly not inviting. Cashier not friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The location was close to major roads and restaurants. The size of the room was very nice. The price was great. Pretty much everything needs to be upgraded. The rug was so worn, you could see the sub floor. I think the bedding was from the 1990s. It was clean, but just worn out. Free breakfasts are always good, but not very enjoyable here. The bagels and muffins were stale to put it politely. It was a very convenient place to stay for my wife and I, but I don't think I would stay here again.
