"This is a great hotel in an area outside the ‘ inner ring’ but transport into the centre is so easy by 71 tram or the metro. There are also several excellent restaurants a stones throw away so no need to travel into the centre. Also a great bakery right next door. The rooms are large with good facilities, though a few t bags and coffee pods would have been nice. A lamp by both sides of the bed would have made life easier too! My only quibble on cleanliness was that the corridor carpet needed a really good hoover but in the three days we stayed there it remained dirty. Otherwise a great find at a reasonable price for Vienna"

"This hotel has thought of everything in the design of the rooms to maximize space while remaining functional. There are tons of hooks to hang things to dry, the shower was fantastic, with good water pressure and enough space. Location is great, we felt safe and were walking distance to both the old town and new town, and right next to the train station. The room was very sound proof even though we were right next to the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated having a public transit pass included."

"The rooftop pool was a lovely treat to wake us up after travelling. Huge sauna and not busy so easy to relax. Breakfast had lots of choice from fresh fruit, yummy pastries and made to order omelette. No complaints from me and I'm a fussy eater. We had an issue with our safety deposit box, within minutes of asking for help the maintenance guy was at the door and had it sorted. Very good service overall and a beautiful hotel."

"The room and bathroom were clean. The common restroom on the first floor was not clean everytimecI used it. The staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Since I did not have breakfast on site, I cannot comment on it. I would definitely recommend the hotel."
