The screened-in boathouse is fully equipped with power, a refrigerator, a dining area, and a big-screen TV for lakeside entertainment. Fire up the charcoal grill located at the boathouse for a memorable lakeside barbecue. This area and amenities are shared with the tiny house next door

Douglas Lake is a TVA controlled reservoir, and we encourage you to check the lake levels for your estimated dates of travel before planning your trip. We can not guarantee the lake levels. During the summer months, it is typically at full pool.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement, a point of contact form and set up a required security deposit just making your reservation. This is required to stay with us.
