「Cashed in some one key points for night away . Took the scenic route from Gateshead and visited Richmond , Aysgarth Falls , Grassington and Thirsk on the way .
Had a couple of beers in the beer garden , freshened up then a gorgeous meal in the orangery.
So glad we had booked as they were turning people away !
The staff were excellent- friendly , courteous and attentive.
Lovely relaxing night away , helped by the English heatwave .」

「Your staff are great my wife has issues and a care dog when we arrived I thought we where going home because my wife was having problems after a 6 hour drive but your man behind the reception was great we had lunch and stayed and even booked an extra night All staff from reception too bar staff and cleaning brilliant
Thankyou for a great stay we will be back for more stays to see the upgrades to the Hotel XX
