The view from the room was amazing and the staff was friendly.

There were only seven cars in the underground parking. It seems as though the guests could have been separated so that no one was in the room above us. Perhaps if we had more considerate neighbors, I would have rated the property higher. Every footfall from the people in the room above ours was clearly heard. There were continuous footsteps from 9:00 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. Luckily, there was a lull until 3:25 a.m., then they started again, off and on until 5:00 a.m. I figured there would be outside train noise and traffic, but the noise from upstairs was much more intrusive. We could even hear them talking to one another. The room and sheets were clean. Although the water pressure was like a light rain, the shower was immaculate. The mirror in the bathroom was quite low. I am only 5'9" and had to bend my knees to see my whole face.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel spa was amazing! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful resort. Will be coming back again.
