Beware, hotel didn't honour booking

Turned up after 3 hour drive with wife and 2 young children to be told we didn't have a booking as it wasn't confirmed. Very unprofessional approach from the chef/receptionisy who was rude and said it was our fault and problem. After 30 mins of argument and discussion we were offered a smaller, more expensive room but due to the way they handled us ended up driving another hour and a half to a different city to get a room for the night.

Il faut mieux confirmer sa réservation !

Hôtel atypique avec chambres toutes différentes. Attention à votre réservation ! Appeler l’hôtel la veille pour confirmer, la réservation sur Hotels.com ne suffit pas ! Sinon soirée très agréable et peu cher avec un excellent dîner. Ambiance refuge de montagne.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 nuits à 23JOD et une fois arrivée on m'a affirmé que c'était le prix pour une nuit,en m'affirmant que 2 nuits à 23jod c'était en tente et comme il y avait un orage ils avaient démonté les tentes ,je n'avais donc pas le choix d'autant qu'il y avait du monde.J'ai verifié ma réservation c'est bien indiqué chambre simple économique total 23 JOD,sinon l'hotel est bien ,repas buffet à volonté et bon pour 8Jod,gérant un peu à cran et la personne qui s'occupe du repas à peine aimable et autoritaire

Die Lage ist toll und die Unterkunft hat durchaus ihren Charme. Die Gemeinschafts-Toiletten könnten mehr Pflege vertragen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, Boot aber eine tolle Aussicht. Für Naturliebhaber, die zwei Tage wandern wollen durchaus zu empfehlen.

Une nuit mais pas davantage...

Accueil pas tres agréable ; notre réservation n etait pas effectuée (soit disant) et nous avons dû prendre ce qui restait (2 chambres au choix ; aucune ne correspondant à ce que nous avions payé). Le paiement devait etre immédiat avant même de voir la chambre (nous avons refusé de payer avant). Nous avons eu tres froid la 2eme nuit (le poele n est qu en decoration car il ne fonctionne plus). Les chambres sont rustiques et sombres ; c est amusant pour une nuit mais certainement pas plus. Par contre le buffet le soir (8 JOD par personne) est vraiment excellent et cela a compensé un peu notre mauvaise impression.

Dove la natura regna sovrana

L'hotel è stato ricavato su vecchie abitazioni del villaggio per questo la camera risultava un po' umida. Bella l'area comune sul terrazzino. Ottimo il cibo. Staff molto cortese e di supporto nell' organizzare trekking nella riserva.
