I want to start off by saying this hotel was very beautiful and the room was nice with great upgrades / it didn’t smell old and dingy. The downside was the location, it is right next to a train and the room they gave us was the closest to it. We could not sleep all night and we had to be up by 4am for our flight in which we ended up exhausted from lack of sleep. The noise was so loud and honestly made my stay disappointing. The refrigerator in our room did not work either. Breakfast was not included, there is no self parking so they charge you $45 for valet.

"Pretty tired place, the rooms and the facilities. The balcony with river view was pleasant but had to jimmy the ancient flyscreen door to get outside. The whole place is just a bit run down. The room was dated with inappropriate furnishings, a creaky worn out mattress and an ancient tv which barely ..."
