"We were upgraded to a suite possibly due to the hotel doing renovations. In the suite there seem to be a stench coming from the plumbing. The hotel staff was accommodating with trying to alleviate the smell."

"Great place to stay but for the money I was not impressed with the condition of the room. Our premium room had a wonderful bathroom but the carpet had a run in it, the cabinets were all chipped and damaged and paint was peeling on the doors. The Tv modem was humming as well. The $60 parking was a bit steep for the money we spent on the room as well. Other than than the staff was wonderful, the pool had a nice vibe and the speak easy always has good cocktails. Don't think I would go back."

"The space was clean and very cozy design, especially if you like industrial looks. The room is a micro room so please do not expect a hotel size space. It was perfect for our stay as dallas locals just wanting to be in the Downtown Dallas space for a night. Bianca was amazing at check in and even had us smiling after a long moving day. Service was great!"

"When we arrived the check-in person was not to be found. After about 5 minutes they came to the front desk and checked us in. Not very friendly at all, but it is downtown Dallas. We were told to park in the garage so we proceeded to pass through where the sign said height was 6'4", our Brand new SUV rubbed the sign! I am 6'2" and got out and am taller than our vehicle, So the sign was hanging under 6'. We proceeded up the garage levels where again, some places were high, some barley 6' tall. We finally backed down a level to park without scraping our vehicle again. It was very dark inside and we did Not feel safe at all. Homeless people walked through the entry way to hotel while we waited on a Lyft to go to dinner. Needless to say, we will not stay here again. The hotel needs to have someone outside where you pull up to check in to keep guests feeling safe and comfortable. Don't recommend."
