The house nestled between Dallas and Fort worth, conveniently located, and is definitely the affordable way to a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay in a quiet neighborhood.
This house is perfectly suited for your upcoming stay! Open, bright, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and one extra room includes laundry and game room. Comfortably sleeps 8 having 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 twin, and one bedroom with queen bed and 1 twin.
-Wonderful open concept home layout from kitchen to the dinning room and living room.
-There is a laundry room with washer and dryer if you need to get some laundry done during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house, washer/dryer, game room, patio, and backyard EXCEPT the two car garages (owner storage) and uses of the Fireplace. (Display purpose only).
House Rules:
NO Early check-in or late check-out.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Check out : 11:00 AM
-If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
Unauthorized late check out will be charged the full security deposit, plus addition charge if result in canceling of incoming guests.
-No smoking allowed. (of any kind)
-No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
-No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day
-Parking on the driveway only
-PETS are NOT allowed on this property. Guest will be charged the full deposit in the event of bringing pets to the property, regardless of any damages.
-DO NOT use the Fireplace. It is for DISPLAY only.
-DO NOT use the Garage. It is locked and use for owner storage.
-Any damages to the home from guests will be charged to the value of the items. The amount may exceed the deposit amount.
-The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay.
-NO candles burning or fire pit on the property as we don’t currently have safety regulation in place.
-Our property is not set up for infants and not child proof however children are very welcomed in our home with parent's direct supervision at all time. Please bring necessarily gears for your infants if needed.
-Please no shoes on beds or furniture. Children under 6 year old are not allowed to be on the top bunk bed.
-The renters should always safeguard their own valuables including jewelry and money. The owners will not be responsible for loss of the renter’s valuables kept inside the house.
-Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that you may sustain within or during your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or vehicles.
-The renters agree to take care of their own, their kids and their guests’ safety while in the property, and will indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any and all claims for any injury or damage due to carelessness of the renters, their kids or their guests.
-Guests will compensate the host for any broken, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items at time of checkout.
-NO daily maid service: while linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the houses. Inclusive fees – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
-Minimum age requirement is 23
-Trash bin is located in the backyard. For stays longer than 3 days, trash and recycles pickup days are on Wednesday and Saturday (trash pick up only) and should only be taken out after 7 PM the evening prior.
