This peaceful retreat is merely a 10-minute drive from the bustling Downtown McKinney and just minutes from the Z-Plex. Cozy up while stargazing out in the country or hit the town for a fun filled night in downtown! Be aware that the property is accessed via a steep slope, which adds to its seclusion and charm.

Amy & Donnaā€™s little farmhouse was just perfect for our stay over Christmas. They had a cute little tree up and some garland with Christmas lights it was perfect. We enjoyed a family Christmas breakfast with the grandkids and they had room to play with their new toys! It was beautiful weather to enjoy coffee and the woodpeckers in the morning! We hope to stay again!

First, be aware there is a $1,500 deposit. Since I was not looking for that it caught me by surprise. I really like the two bedroom two bath rooms. The kitchen was nice size with the stove and refrigerator. The bedroom furniture did have USB ports which was very nice. It was set in a remote area. In fact our Google map GPS would not take us to the right location. However, my son's Apple GPS did take him to the right place. The backyard is fenced in but it is just rocks and dirt. Not a place to hang out. There was a small front porch that had a table and two chairs. It was an open layout from kitchen to living room so it made it a nice area to have family. The couches were comfortable and there was a very large TV. The AC unit was extremely noisy at night but it did work. Washer and dryer was very nice and I like the walk-in shower.
