In town for the week , amazing and comfortable stay, sunshine and the rest of the front desk staff was very helpful whenever needed or had questions. Nice and quiet environment. Will likely visit again whenever back in town

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is in a convenient location. It isn't luxurious, but it is very nice and well kept and dependably good. We like the value for the money and it's dog friendly. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Stayed for two days to participate in a bodybuilding competition in Arlington. Chose this location for the cost and the full kitchen units. Awesome staff, nice amenities and very clean. Would recommend and will stay here again ๐Ÿ˜€

Awesome location

I am so glad I found Towne Suites! It is a clean, safe, comfortable property with an amazing staff! Tre checked us in and explained everything we had access to, a grill to cook steaks, laundry on-site, everything we could need. Anna and David are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Ms. Wanda cooks breakfast every morning and is like your long lost best friend reunited. She is warm and caring. I love staying here. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay.

There was left over dog food on floor throughout the hotel room that I kept finding. There was a dead grasshopper in the bathroom on the floor and it's legs and other body parts on the seat of the toliet upon entering the room for the first time. Throughout the stay I had to kill three more grasshoppers, and I have no idea where there were coming from

It was a decent time.

It was decent. Clean except a couple bottles left in the freezer. I saw no bugs. Everything worked. I never went to breakfast though. If you bring your game, you're gonna need headphones. You can't adjust the volume on the tv when you switch inputs.

Down stairs you may hear people upstairs. When I got put upstairs because of the noise. The shower had hair in it and the couch had lots of dust on it. Itโ€™s not the best but itโ€™s okay overall.

At check in, front desk personnel Todd, denied that payment had been made through Expedia. Even though payment had been made a month prior and I had the itinerary #. He asked for a credit card to hold for room charges and ended up charging the credit card for the stay. I have been attempting to resolve this for a month and still have not. When calling the hotel they claim they did not charge the card meanwhile my credit card statement says otherwise. On another note, at 10 pm on the first night of my stay I went downstairs to ask if they had any salt and pepper packets. I found the front desk clerk and a member of housekeeping in an extremely inappropriate situation with one another in the back area behind the counter. I had to clear my throat and say excuse me several times before they could even hear me. Upon noticing me the housekeeping staff left quickly and Todd came to the front to see what I needed. It was very uncomfortable. I find this staff member to be inappropriate as well as incompetent.
