This place was great for our trip to Plano. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice stay, there was nothing that was horrible that I would approach management to express my dislike. But they do allow pets but I was informed at check in that housekeeping needs to clean our room every day during our stay while we were there. Which isn’t that big of a deal and luckily we had the time to notify housekeeping when they could access our room so they can clean it. So this is their way to make sure dogs are not damaging their property which I totally understand but it’s kind of a pain to figure out a time when you will be around when housekeeping is on property. Also the water temperature was not very warm and not at all hot. And I took a shower at 4:30 a.m. so not like there should have been much demand at that time.

It was very quiet I didn't here any yelling and babies crying and my room was so clean I could not find dust anywhere. And the employees have good customer service. I didn't here any noise at all and my job was next door, all I had to do was put walk to my job. Everything was good and I have no complaints about it. I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

The good, the bad, and the ugly.
The room was an accessible one and the design was - challenging. You could not take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. The room was run down and needed maintenance, some of which we did ourselves, like tightening the kitchen sink faucet so it did not spin. The toilet did not always flush. The light and fan over the stove were either always on or always off - the switches had no effect. Having a kitchen was very nice and it was well stocked with tools and pots. We liked that the bedroom was a separate room from the kitchen and sitting area. The provided breakfast was very good. The room was clean, if beat up.
