We stayed for a weekend softball tournament. Everything was just as described and perfect for a quick stay. Host was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again.

The property was clean and exactly as listed. There was ample room for lounging and eating. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for our morning coffee. The kitchen has limited utensils, cookware but we managed fine. We have family in the area and would definitely stay at this rental again.

We attended a concert in Dallas, and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, well stocked linens, and comfortable beds. We spent 3 nights, but would have enjoyed more. It was plenty roomy but yet still cozy. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

The kitchen is woefully inadequate. There should be more baking items like casserole dishes, muffin pans, cookie sheets. There should be mixing bowls, spatula, scissors, pitchers for drinks such as Kool aid or powder instant drinks or tea.

I stayed with my sister, brother and his fiancé and none of us had a problem while staying there. We parked in the garage the entire time we were there but we also knew what options we had. The spaces were minimal and clean. There were tons of scuff marks on the walls throughout the place but they were very easy to ignore with how clean everything else was. Will definitely keep this place in mind for my next stay in Forney if I’m coming with a group!

The house was exactly as listed and perfect for our family needs. The host did a great job of communicating everything we needed to know prior to our arrival.

The house itself was nice but we were not impressed, at all, with the cleanliness. Area's on the kitchen counter and dining room table were sticky. The highchair was caked with food. The bathrooms were not very clean. All entrances into the house had wasps and wasps nest (which my husband is allergic to) and there were ants in the kitchen, dining room and living room (which my grandson is allergic to). We kept our food in the refrigerator due to the ants and when we loaded to go home on Sunday there were some bugs in the refrigerator which were not there when we got there. The owner did have wasp and ant spray delivered so we could spray.

Very comfortable for our family who was in in for a wedding nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This house met all our needs for a quick trip to visit family for the holidays. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a variety of dining and shopping. The house is well appointed and comfortable for a family of four. Everything was clean and in good working order and Amy was quick to reply to any questions we had. I would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in the Forney area!

The house was clean but man is there a cricket problem! They were EVERYWHERE! We didn't have the door open but a few minutes in and out so Not quite sure where they all came from. My daughter lives just a few miles down the road and has never had that issue. There were some waters and a few treats left for us and I appreciated that.
