Our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, spacious walk-in closets, and private patios or balconies.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
