The home was just as described. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host is extremely responsive and very quickly resolved even minor issues. We enjoyed the sunrises every morning reflecting off of the water and outlining the Dallas skyline. The location was great as we had planned activities in Ft. Worth, Dallas and Grapevine areas. Everything was easy to get to and not more than a 30 minute drive.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and the kids loved the backyard. We did have to buy kitchen towels and a drying mat for dishes because we couldn’t find any. We would stay here again. It was close to Dallas for all the activities but in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything was great! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The house had everything that we needed with plenty of space. Hands down, it was an excellent stay.

The house was the perfect location we needed for the event we were attending somehow I did miss that the house is two-story. Not sure how I missed that but it worked out just fine. all the bedrooms were exactly what you see in the pictures. The only thing was there was no extra blankets for anyone who runs cold and basically the kitchen had everything we needed. We did not have salt and pepper so we needed to go to the store and get that. Beautiful home and would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived the back door was opened, dinning room table was scratched so we could not have dinner at the dinning room table. We also had to go and buy bath towels because there was not enough, and the towels were dingy. Bugs were in the window seal in the kitchen and in the family room, it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I have photos. Host never replied until a 24 hours later regarding my complaints. So In their message they did not address any of my concerns, mold in the master bedroom. Closet in the hallway upstairs had dirty sheets thrown in the. This was a terrible experience!

Second time in this wonderful lakefront residence! The home is cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxing by the water. Close to DBU, which is where we needed to be. We’ll definitely be back!
