Stayed 3 days. Had issues with the AC and they had to come out twice. Had issues with the bathtub and came out once and just gave up on them. Until the AC was fixed, it was boarderline uncomfortable. Bed was Eh. Staff was nice though.

When I arrived I was 1st given a key to a room #407 on the 4th floor that I found was occupied. Not very inviting. When I returned the key to the front desk she agreed to assign me to another room but needed the engineer to inspect it and asked us to sit down and wait. While sitting on the sofa across from the reception desk, a spider crawled up my wife's arm. How frightening and this made us wonder about the cleanliness of the room and other areas of the Hotel. As we stepped out of the hotel, a large rat ran into a hole next to the front door on the southeast entrance into the lobby. We were assigned to a room on the 7th floor #701 and all went well from there, It was clean, well air conditioned, comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

No bar or food service. Not as a result of Covid-19. It was due to construction. I wasn’t notified until I arrived at the property. They didn’t have the room upgrade that I paid for. The entire floor had a horrible odor.
