Checking in the lady treated me like family and like I was a valued customer the shuttle driver Ray was one of the friendliest men ever met I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or family. If you are using Lovefield as your airport I can’t say how happy and satisfied I was with this Holiday Inn

Airport shuttle so convenient. You do have to sign up for the shuttle back to the airport. Rooms were fantastic. Nicely decorated, clean, new. Staff was great. There was no free breakfast, but they did have a restaurant offering breakfast.
