Quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I slept fully clothed. Mold all over the shower. General disrepair. The good: A/C worked fine, the breakfast was decent, the staff was friendly enough, and the gym bike was fine. Would absolutely never return.

Decent Hotel

The hotel is decent. I felt safe always, the breakfast was standard, and the staff were nice. My concern is the roaches in the room and the leaking shower head that is now gnat breeding ground in the shower. I killed well over a hundred gnats on the trip. They just kept showing up. There was little humor in watching my toddler fight them off though LOL

Good value, clean hotel

They are apparently renovating rooms but our shower was in a poor state of repair. It s fair room for a fair price so no real complaints. Room was clean and WiFi good. Breakfast simple but tasty. Cereal, yoghurt, eggs & sausage and waffles. Washing machine was broken and had a sign stating that it had been out of action for 2week. Not repaired while we were there. Staff were nice and helpful.

The staff was good very friendly and nice. The hotel itself was not. I will never stay there again. The continental breakfast was a joke also they want to charge $15 to be able to take dmfood to eat in the room. That is absurd for the crappy food they offer??? We instead opted to check out way early and go eat breakfast a a diner in Frisco which cost us much less and was fresh made to order food. The rooms were very small and the renovations were bad there were still cracks in the rooms plaster coming off paint all over areas no paint should be like the shower stall. Towels were cheap and we found roaches in our daughters room.

Over all it wasnt terrible but it wasnt great. The room was acceptable, clean and functional. The rooms had a pungent smell and since we were there with others we discovered the smell seems to be in every room. The tram ran all into late hours behind the hotel and was pretty loud. However you could not hear other guests so that was good. Skip breakfast the biscuits were hard, the milk was old and the only sryup was pecan. Again over all for the price it wasnt terrible and if you can deal with the sound of the tram and dont care about breakfast go for it.

Booked online and called to ask if I could extend with them directly. Was told to do it online again. Did that, of course, no problem. The next time the tricked to do this with them directly at a much higher price. Cleaning lady is very good but couldn’t get it through to her not to clean the room every day. Had to ask that because was allergic to the chemicals they use to clean and spent a couple hours every day to air it out. I no understand that it’s not a 4 star hotel but being attentive your guests and not lying to them should be included.

Would Not Recommend to Travelers

We had a 5 night reservation but we only stayed 1 night due to the condition of the room and hotel. The only good part of this hotel was the closeness to the DART city transportation station, that was less than a quarter mile walk from the hotel. The room was not cleaned prior to us checking in as there were multi bugs (roaches etc.) on the floor and bathroom. In the shower there was visible dirt, other peoples hair and pubic hair on the walls and floor of the shower. The towels provided were also stained and the sheets also had other peoples hair and stains on them. We cut our losses in regard to the remaining 4 nights (a loss of $200+) because of the conduction of this hotel and how dirty it was. I would never recommend this hotels to anyone given how dirty the room was and in general the condition of the hotel as a whole. If you are looking for a cheap/not so clean location to stay way outside of downtown Dallas then this might be ok but if you value cleanliness then do not stay here.
