Went out to swim in the pool. Had a large RAT race out in front of me. Next morning there was Large cockroaches in the bathroom. See attached photo.

A place to be

The check-in confused me because I had to pay a deposit even though my room was already paid for but I did get it back. The pillows on the bed were smelly maybe wash them more often or spray them and the sheets were scratchy. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was great . I would recommend this hotel.

The reservation was in error and neither the Hotel or Expedia would cancel or Refund Worst and expensive error. At eye doctor being diagnosed with Macular degenerative diseasw and Expedia could care less!

I enjoyed staying here, I was in Dallas for my last classes of the quarter and I stayed at this hotel with a classmate, the beds are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, the shower is WONDERFUL only the bathtub took a while to drain the water. The staff was super attentive and kind, the room service was of good quality. They are renovating and there was a little smell of paint in the hallways but nothing that bothered the rooms. It was a good experience.

Front desk was friendly and professional. Disappointed when the front covered drive wasn’t accessible and it was pouring down raining. Room I got had shower instead of bathtub. Location was good tho with everything you need within 15 minute drive.
