No Smoking or Vaping: To keep our home allergen-free, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies for violations.

No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not permitted. A $500 fee applies for violations.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors — no parties or excessive noise. You may receive a text or call if noise levels become disruptive.

Security Cameras: Exterior cameras at the front door and garage monitor occupancy and safety. They face public areas only.

No Candles or Incense allowed inside.

Responsibility: Guests stay at their own risk. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost items.

Damages: The booking guest is responsible for any damages or stains. Please don’t move furniture.

Pool Rules

Enter and exit slowly — no diving, running, or horseplay.

No glass near the pool (plastic cups provided).

No swimming under the influence or when ill.

No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.

Children under 14 must be supervised; toddlers must wear swim diapers.

Dry off before entering the home or sitting on furniture.

Return all towels and items indoors after use.

Do not adjust pool equipment — report any issues to us immediately.
