Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms perfect for up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has its own personal smart TV and fresh luxury linens. Every bed a lush comfy blanket as well as blackout curtains to encourage extra sleep. The master and first guest room each have a queen size bed while the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The kitchen is for cooking and coffee lovers. We have a Nespresso machine as well as a Keurig style coffee maker. We have plenty of pods but bring your favorites if you would like. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or ordering in.

The large living room has a smart TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows.

The backyard has a seating area, charcoal grill and a fire pit. Perfect for sports lovers who want to grill out and watch the game or grill out and head over to the game.

WiFi throughout the house and easy connect through our WiFi connector. Just follow the quick connect instructions to have instant access.

Private parking for two cars in the driveway and a third can park in the garage.

Guests access our home via a Smartlock. The door code will be sent to guests 24 hours prior to check-in time.

Our home is located in the perfect location to see the sights while resting in a quiet neighborhood home. Only a 12 minute drive to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Texas Live and Six Flags Over Texas. Only a 8 minute drive to Dallas Baptist University.

Tons of local restaurants or fast food options within 2 miles.

Major highway access is 3 minutes away.

Our well established family neighborhood is quiet.

Private driveway parking for two vehicles. An additional vehicle can park in the garage.
Street parking is not allowed.

Ride share is easily accessible.
House Rules:
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
• Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
• Self-check-in with keypad
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets
• No parties or events
• No street parking (cars must be parked in the driveway)
• There is a maximum occupancy of 7 people at the property. Per the city guidelines, this includes any guests or temporary visitors to the property.
Additional Rules
- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- No pets allowed in the home. Bringing unauthorized animals on the property will result in a $500 fee.
-This is a NON-PARTY home. The owner of the property lives nearby and if they find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled, and no refunds shall be given.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning. Refundable security deposit may be required.
- No smoking of any kind (tabaco, marijuana or vaping). A $500 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. If smoking outside, please throw all cigarette butts in the trash and not in the yard.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 7 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if guests have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, guests will be charged for an additional day at our base nightly rate of $449, but this does not award guests to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
