IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government-issued IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $250 for 1st pet, $150 for 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: If you have a balcony, ensure you use safety gates for young children.
Parking Rules: Follow parking guidelines - Park in designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap spaces, and reserved areas without a tag. Request reserved space if needed. $50 monthly fee applies.
