「Very nice!」

「No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. I will now know what to ask and this is the 2nd time I trusted expedia and...

「Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). 」

「We booked the room with 2 queen beds. Room was very clean despite old property. Breakfast was very good and hearty. Elevator was broken for a month now. Beds very comfy and we had a really good night’s sleep after 15hrs drive.」
