Room was nice. Vending machine took my money. Wasn’t the end of the world

This was our second time staying here, the staff has been awesome both times. Very helpful, very personable, never felt like a bother when we needed anything.

It was going through a renovation so there was some construction debris the jacuzzi was glass slippery and I took one hell of a fall into the hot tub in front of the maintenance guy so next thing I knew the manager the receptionist and he were asking if everything was okay and if I needed to fill out an injury report which I did not but I told them they need to maintain their fiberglass liner it was a good budget stay and I would stay there again

No problem with the staff. We had an issue with the door to our room. When the door was closed there was a crack big enough to see out into the hall meaning someone in the hall could have seen into our room. We also were locked into our room for about 10 minutes as the chain lock was kinked in a way that would not allow us to pull it far enough to unlock it.
