I didn't like the fact that they advertised fully refundable and then when you want to change your plans and go elsewhere because you realize the place sucks.....that's when expedia tells you no refundat all, even though expedia advertised that the place was fully refundable. I didn't like the fact that i paid extra for king sized bed and it's just two twin beds pushed...
