I really enjoyed a peaceful stay. The place was cozy, clean, warm, and relaxing. It is really quiet. The check-in and check-out process is simple and easy. The lake setting is tranquil. It was a pleasure.

From the gated entry to the winding tree lined blacktop roads the approach to this location adds to the excitement. This property is waterfront with gorgeous sunset views and heated pool overlooking the water is private to the building unit (6 units in the building) and we had it to ourselves. Kayaks are in decent shape with some wear, inflatable standup paddles boards in excellent shape. Inside, the polished cement floors, quartz countertops, and beautiful bedding adds to the ambiance. At first glance the property is clean, however the stairs - drawer under the stove - and refrigerator could have used more attention. Our two boys had a wonderful time at the property and we are so appreciative of the excellent space and communication provided! The local neighbors even invited us to play pickleball!

Beautiful view. Condo looked just as advertised but wasn’t very clean. Master bathroom was not clean. Toilet was dirty hair and piled on dust) . Shower was full of mold on curtain and in jets. Water didn’t drain. Had sand. Left a day early. Let host know of the issue and said it would be fixed but no one came. Let them know we would be leaving early and never heard back.

Overall, the property grounds are great. The pool and the beach area are well kept and clean. The area is great and the lake is large and clean and great for cruising around on a pontoon boat. Having a boat dock with the property is a major plus. However, the two units we rented did not look like they had a good cleaning. There was dust and hair all over the floor, the fridge had spilled food, the coffee maker still had coffee grounds in it, the pillowcases in our kids rooms had stains, or perhaps we’re just unwashed. The kitchen supplies was very limited to the point where we didn’t have enough silverware for a family of five, and there are very little cooking pots and utensils. Even the basic essentials like salt and pepper weren’t there, and we had to go out and buy dish soap, Hand soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Several of the lights around the unit were not functional, and the keyless Slack did not work for our unit so we left it unlocked when we were away. To be fair, we did not report these issues during our stay, but we also didn’t have great communication with the host leading up to our stay so we weren’t confident we’d get quick resolution. This was our second time here in the past four years, and our first experience was much better. We may return in the future because the area is great and the property grounds are awesome, but I’d need confirmation that the cleaning crew has changed or they’ve done something different to take care of the units.

Amazing place and stay at Lake Martin! Property was perfect - all the amenities you could ask for: pool, kayaks, paddleboards boat docking, fire pit….Property owner also was great with comms. Suggested a great boat rental company and we had a great day in the lke! Will be back and rent the same place!

Wonderful time at Lake Martin

We had a relaxing stay. The area was quiet. Restaurants and grocery stores were only a few minutes away. Very convenient.

Beautiful View in a great location

We traveled to Lake Martin to look at homes for sale. The condo was very clean, nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and great view of the lake. The bench on the dock was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Perfect central location close to town and good restaurants.

Lake Martin stay

Enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom. Loved the location with the lake views and outdoor chairs to sit and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Biggest negative was the noise from adjoining neighbors was very loud. Neighbors above and beside were very very loud at all hours. Not much for insulation. The front door lock didn’t work, but we just used the patio entrance. The one question sent by text to Nick went unanswered for the three days we were there.

Beautiful view and sunsets!

The beds are very comfortable! The unit is on the water with docks a pool and kayaks! Looks like a great place for swimming in the summer. Ladders and stairs off of the docks and a small beach! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
