A Point to Happiness by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin
A Point to Happiness is a 3br /2ba lakefront home on Lake Martin with a bunk house that sleeps 9 comfortably. This home is situated on half a point with a nice flat lot, over 346' feet of waterfront, and year-round deep water. Lots of amenities for relaxing and family entertainment, making this your new Happy Place! The home is located off a large, quiet cove area for boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming with calm waters and a ski course less than a mile away. A public boat ramp is only .9 miles away and can easily be found by land or water.
When you walk in the door you will be amazed at the panoramic view! The fully equipped kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is open to the dining and living room area, so you will not miss out on lake fun while preparing dinner for the family on the gas grill. Walk down the hall and find a Master bedroom with a King bed, and a second room with a King bed, where you can either close a door to make a second Master or you can just close off the bedroom and make the bathroom sharable. The 3rd room has a large bunk bed with a double size bed on the bottom and a twin on top! Walk down the drive to find a bunk house with two twin beds, a futon couch, and a TV for the kids to plug in their gaming devices!
When you step outside you have the options of a screened porch to watch the football games, catch some rays or play corn hole on the large open deck, take a nap on the swing bed in the shade, or light a fire in the fire pit and watch the sunset.
There will only be one covered boat slip available but plenty of room around the covered area or use the second dock for boat parking.
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Must be 25 years and older to book.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
This is a no-smoking property
No pets allowed
EXTERIOR CAMERAS ARE IN USE
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
For safety reasons, please do not use the boat lift. The power is disconnected and any damages will result in a loss of deposit.
Please respect the neighbors and the fact the home is in a slough. When entering the slough, remember other families will be swimming and enjoying the lake and try not to cause a wake.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
Do not climb on or jump off the boat.
**EXTERIOR cameras located on the property. Cameras will not be monitored unless there is some type of emergency situation or for security reasons when the house is not in use**
