「The apartment is well renovated, stocked and comfortable. Amenities were great, everything we needed was there. Perfect layout for a couple with 2 young daughters sharing a room. The common area to enter the townhouse was a little stinky but that's to be expected with shared space. Overall private and quiet, very peaceful and easy drive into downtown Boulder. 」

「I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.」

「The location was perfect for my purpose of being with family in Boulder. However, as a person well beyond graduate school age, I was disappointed with this space. The host will say that I was not happy before I moved in, and she would be correct. The abandoned cars, motorcycles and bicycles in the parking lot were not a welcoming impression. (Nor was the wafting of cannabis in the common entryway.) The overgrown tennis court was not playable - likely for years - making the property description...
