Short walk from the airport

I just needed a place to sleep overnight before catching a connection flight the next day. This sweet little hotel was perfect. Clean, quiet, nearby. I managed to get a Grab bike ride to the beach before leaving. Smooth and fast.

Convenient location a few minutes walk to the airport. Stayed twice, once upon arrival to Da Nang and once the night before heading back to HCM. Service leaves much to be desired. They were just sitting on the couch when I arrived the first time for check in, not helping me open the screen door or with my bag. 2nd check in a few days later, after staying at the wonderful Hoiana Resort in Hoi An, no one was there. I had to call the number and waited a good 30 minutes. The guy calls me back and says he's at the beach and can't get back. Tells me that I'm on the ground floor, just go in. I could have easily taken all the keys behind the check in register and did as I pleased which is highly concerning. Security is lacking. Service is not good. Also, there's still ongoing construction next door and so starting 7am you'll hear endlessly loud banging and drilling. I'd say it'll last another 6-12 months at least. Not ideal if you're trying to get some much needed rest. Mosquitos are also a problem. There were multiple in my room and I was nearly annihilated throughout the night. Only redeeming factor is that it's within walking distance to the airport. But the downtown, beach front hotels are just 15 minutes away. Better off to stay there.
