The hotel is a stone away from the main beach and looks well built. The layout of rooms are fine. Bed is comfortable, toiletries are good to use. There are not many options for breakfast (reasonable for the low room cost) but the noodle soups are nice. Staff are very warm and friendly although they cannot speak English except one. I was even offered the raw teas by them, which taste so nice and i attempted to buy and bring back some. But there was a bit inconvenience - looks the hot water tank for shower/bath is switched off in mid-morning every day. If you take shower late morning, you may be cooled down hoho. Another problem almost happened. The hotel keeps passport until checking out. They forgot to hand back my passport at checking out. Thankfully it came into my mind on the way riding to the airport soon after leaving the hotel. If I missed the flight that day, I was not sure if the hotel would like to cover the additional costs for reschedule and night stay.

The rooms are big but it is old , specially the bath tubs. Need to upgrade
The room have an unpleasant smell of damp, the smell was there throughout our 2 nights stay. The kettle in the room is rusty, we requested for another one, the person went into another room to change but its also rusty, they say all the kettle in the hotel is the same, and it is okay to cook water with it! Their breakfast is cold. Nothing is pleasant about the stay, will never come back again!

Good room but ruined by annoying policy
Overall, this hotel is a decent place to stay, but two things really ruined the experience for me. The first was a relatively minor problem. There was a noticeable stain on the bed spread and I asked to have it changed, but they assured me it was clean. I had to complain a second time before someone with a not so good attitude came to change it. While I understand clean bed spreads can have stains, but with such a noticeable stain, I just wasn't comfortable with it.
The second issue was by far the biggest mood breaker. The hotel has a policy that does not allow you to park a motor scooter that you do not personally own or belongs to the hotel overnight. We tried out the motor scooters available at the hotel, but found them unsatisfactory so we rented from an outside source. When we got back at night we were told that outside rentals were not allowed to park overnight, but a kind security guard allowed us to park anyways. Unfortunately, management found out about this and gave us a huge lecture about their policy which just really ruined my impression of the hotel. I think this policy is to disincentivize outside rentals, but in my opinion this just serves to annoy customers and limit our choices. If I had known about this policy before booking this hotel, I would have chose another place.
The first day provide a double room for us but we book a triple room, and the service provider do not know English, cannot chat our problem , and need us to give fee on it, and the environment is so bad, no once more! Really rubbish==

Disliked: Cleanliness
Beds were dirty, sheets hadn't been changed from the last customer. My wife said she saw many small bugs in the bed. On the bright side, the breakfast was outstanding.
Every day, the room was cleaned so well. We all were satisfied. We stayed at the family room. And the place exactly looked like the photo and very big. The breakfast was buffet style and was rich in variety. Overall, we loved the service from the hotel.

Lyhört
Ett hotell med många asiater och barnfamiljer. Frukosten ej anpassad för västelänningar. T.ex saknades marmelad och ost.
Khách sạn khá thoải mái nhân viên thân thiện giá cả phù hợp. Tôi rất hài lòng khi ở đây.

Can't recommend - can find better budget stay.
They couldn't find our booking for a tiny wee while, although nothing big was at fault but we didn't feel comfortable in this hotel. The window rattled and I had to stick some wadded paper to stop the frequent rattle. Bathroom was mediocre. Everything was average, not sure why everyone else ranked it so high - because we based our stays on guest ratings but this one was a let down. Breakfast was a nice breezy event on the top floor although don't expect a view of anything much, you can see the beach in the distance but its not a grand affair. We also suffered from construction noise from about 6am I think - to be fair, a lot of hotels suffer from this.
