Overall it was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good, and the staff friendly and helpful. I had a deluxe ocean view room, and the view was gorgeous, and the room large. By western standards the price was great for an ocean view. The location is separated by the beach by one road (make sure you watch videos on how to cross a street in Vietnam). The hotel bills itself as a five star but it’s at most a 4 star hotel. The rooftop bar was extremely underwhelming, with a small selection of beers and wine, and no bartenders. I visited a nearby 4 star hotel that had a great rooftop bar. - Pros: Clean room Good breakfast included Great value Great views Large room, with king size bed - cons Not really a 5 star hotel Rooftop bar - skip it completely

Great location, across from My Kye beach and close (walking distance) to make restaurants and eateries. Decent size room (twin sea view), very nice view of the sea and also views up and down the beach (from our room on the 16th floor). Breakfast was very nice (6am-10am). Hotel staff were very courteous and pleasant.

I love the Grand Tourane. We stayed here last year as well. It has an amazing breakfast, staff are great, the swimming pool is amazing! We would have stayed longer but it was booked. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Good Hotel - Excellent Views

It's a nice hotel overall but not as luxurious as I expected. The hotel is a bit older but the room and pool were sufficiently clean and comfortable. The ocean views were fantastic and the convenient walk across to the beach was a huge plus.
