Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Erreur sur le site ???

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel réputé "3 étoiles" sur le site. Quelle déconvenue ! 1) A l'arrivée, pas de chambre pour nous et hôtel complet contrairement à la confirmation de réservation reçue. 2) l'adresse de l'hôtel sur le site est erronée, elle ne permet pas d'accéder à l'hôtel !?! Notre taxi connaissait l'endroit et nous y à amener sans tenir compte de l'adresse que je lui avais transmise.
