「チェックイン時、予約した部屋が用意されておらず、案内された部屋は浴室が狭くて汚いため、１泊はワンランク下の部屋に宿泊することとなった。他の宿泊客も多くはなく、ホテルはガラガラなのに全く理解できない。しかもフロントの従業員が謝ることもなかった。とても信じられない対応である。家具も調度品もチープで、特に１泊目に滞在した道路側の部屋は車の音で夜もうるさい。二度と利用しない。」

「This hotel is the best place to stay in Kinigi/to gorilla trek! It’s the closest lodge to the Dian Fossey campus and women’s village, and the staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We loved that we’d come back to the hotel and they’d clean our shoes and give us a foot massage. They’d also get a fire going in your room while you are having dinner. We’d come back to bed with a heated bed (thanks to a warm water bottle they place in there) and a fire...
