The apartment on the first floor (elevator available) offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and is only about 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade with restaurants, cafés, and shops.
The dog-friendly beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Wernerwald forest and the Küstenheide heathland are perfect for long walks.

In the separate bedroom, the double bed promises a restful night’s sleep. If needed, two additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The modern, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher has everything you need to prepare your meals.
Enjoy the fresh sea air on the furnished balcony with a view of the greenery and a partial side view of the sea.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower at floor level.

Most of the apartments in the Nordseebrandung offer a view of the sea and the departing mudflat boats. The new and modernly furnished apartments are partially wheelchair-accessible and suitable for 2 to 7 people. Ideal for family vacations—even with a dog—right on the beach. The building features an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Many apartments have their own washer/dryer combo inside the unit at no additional charge. A private parking space right next to the building can be rented. Bicycle storage is provided. Behind the building, there is a small playground with seating.
