Inexpensive, clean, very basic

1. They didn't have our confirmed booking. The service was good, they prepared rooms for us quickly. 2. No hot water the first night. Hot water the rest of the days. 3. "Breakfast included" is only toast, jelly and juice. 4. Mornings and nights ate cold bc there isnt tempereature control. 5. No black out curtains so street lights light up the room at night making it difficult to sleep. It's clean, inexpensive and service is good, but the extra ammenities they offer are falsely advertised in my opinion.
