"We stayed at the other property at Mon Domini, though we originally booked the cottage. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. "We rented a pet-friendly apartment with a pool. We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free...

"This is a most delightful place to stay in the heart of a very pretty and friendly town. We were warmly welcomed by the Hosts family who kindly gave us some delicious local olive oil and honey. The place was spotless, equipped with all we needed and has a most beautiful secluded garden with shade and comfortable chairs and table. We stayed an extra night as it was so enjoyable. We would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting a quiet and delightful place to stay at a most reasonable cost."

"Beginning with the welcome and helpful advance call from Valerio and Yassmine, my stay only got better. Valerio arranged for tours and conveniences and Yassmine ensured that my dining experience was superb! All staff, including the dining room hostess, were marvelous. The property is perfectly located and convenient, very clean, and comfortable. I will return!"

"A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche."

"Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick up my food after I began eating and walk all the way across the room, maybe 25 meters to another table. What kind of service is this? Was that neccessary? Is it how you properly treat a guest? I'll remind you that the giant room was nearly empty from the time I arrived and left. She did this in a cold manner. Throughout the rest of the 20 minutes that I sat at the "correct" table, never saw another employee to ask for coffee. This is not anywhere near the level of service I would expect from a 4 star hotel and for this price. Will be certain to avoid this hotel when I return."
