「The hotel location and in-room amenities were excellent. They thought of so many things when designing the room product such as fogless mirrors, ambient lighting, great dark-out shades and numerous other items. I would have rated the hotel much higher, except for the cleanliness and maintenance of the room product. I am assuming some additional staff or training would help in this area as vents were extremely dirty, showers had some mold in areas and overall the room was very dusty. I knew...
