Come stay at our home on Smith Lake. Check out the current photos of our completely remodeled home with all the modern interior amenities. This lakefront home sleeps up to 8 people, in four bedrooms, and has a sleeping nook with two comfortable single beds.

-Exclusive use of our 2-story dock with swim pier and covered upper deck
-Covered boat slip with Hydro Hoist boat lift
-Jump off the second level of the dock into the 50’ year-round deep water
-Two Pelican “sit-in” kayaks and paddles provided at no extra cost
-Rubber Duckie floating mat – available for use during warmer weather
-Fish from the dock or along our 200’ of shoreline
-Full selection of children and adult life vests provided at no extra cost
-Launch your boat at the public boat launch only minutes away
-Refuel your boat at Triple Creek Marina less than 5 minutes away
-Sit outside and stargaze since you are away from the city lights
-Relax on the Adirondack chairs or chaise lounges on the upper deck of the dock
-Enjoy panoramic views from the outside covered deck
-Gas grill for outdoor cooking is hooked up to our large propane tank so no need to worry about running out of propane.
-Shock IQ installed on our dock. It monitors the dock frame and water for stray electricity.

-50” plasma TV with a full lineup of DirecTV Stream. Roku device.
-Tankless hot water heater for endless hot water
-Generous selection of bright white bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths

-Fully equipped kitchen including stainless kitchen appliances (ice and water in the refrigerator door)
-Quiet LG dishwasher with Cascade pods included
-Large selection of pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, utensils, flatware, etc.
-Crock pot, blender, hand mixer available
-Keurig AND filter coffee makers including a selection of coffee K-cups
-New mattresses in all bedrooms in 2020 and 2021.
-Lots of supplies included – laundry soap and dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, lots of trash bags, first aid kit, and more.


Everything mentioned above is INCLUDED in the rental rate. There are no hidden fees. All photos on VRBO are current.

We offer Contactless Check-In with electronic access to our home.

Have Pets? We are pet friendly! We ask that you keep them off the furniture including the beds.

Note: Cell service is good for AT&T and poor with Verizon. Our wi-fi internet provides email connectivity even if cell coverage is not good. Also, many cell providers provide calling over wi-fi. Check with your carrier.

We have two exterior security cameras. One covers the driveway and the other covers the dock from a distance.

Lake vacation

Excellent, clean, fun, accommodating, and all other superlatives. This house and dock were terrific for all of us to enjoy. Those in our 60s and those who are just nine all immensely enjoyed this stay. The owners are very responsive, the house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the fans upstairs are a charming touch and the overall feel is homey.

Family Trip

My family stayed for spring break and had a great time. The house is just as described and communication with the owners was excellent. They responded to all my questions and even worked with my husband to find a place to launch our boat and store the trailer. Our kids ranged in ages from 8 to 19 and they all loved it. We played on the rocks, kayaked, and enjoyed the 2-story dock each day. We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to return next year!

Amazing!

This was our first trip to Smith Lake. Our stay was amazing. All of my family met here to celebrate our Thanksgiving. I can’t say enough about the views and quiet relaxing time we had. This stay met ALL our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Perfect lake location

The view from the property of the lake is wonderful. Also the upper level of the dock is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. Having access to the boat lift was a big plus for us as well. We had a wonderful few days of family and friends

Great Place!

I've stayed here several times and will be back. It's the perfect place for a relaxing trip to the lake. The view is great and the dock is good for swimming, fishing and relaxing. Bruce is a great host as well.

Providence Point

Just as advertised. We had a great time, swimming kayaking, and just enjoying the quiet. Cabin was very clean. Great mattresses, beautiful view, easy to get to the water, just a nice place. The boys loved it. Great WiFi and all around great experience.
