Studio en suite, king/twin beds sleep 3, multi-deck views, early access bag drop

Our studio sleeps 3 in a king bed and twin bed, and has its own bathroom and kitchen. It’s best for a couple traveling with child or a group of three. It’s in my small guesthouse which has three separate apartments in my home which I named Seagrapes, We in a quiet residential area on a hillside with convenient access to all that our beautiful island has to offer, including the wonderful and popular BlancFlamenco coffee shop which is just steps away. Our studio is situated in a small banana grove which offers nice shade, it is also equipped with quiet cold AC. It has an en suite bathroom with on-demand hot shower, satélite wifi with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a small but functional kitchen and everything you need to enjoy Culebra !

It shares 5 sitting areas spread over 3 decks overlooking Culebra’s beautiful harbor. Views are from the decks up the stairs from the living area.

Our studio has its own private entrence and is closest to the hammock deck under the palm trees. We are close to harbor and get lots of cool breezes, important on hot days.


We offer complimentary beach chairs, coolers and towels. And Free extend stay - meaning use of the outdoor shower in and bathroom upon early arrival or after check out to extend your time enjoying Culebra. Just drop bags before or after check out, use changing room and/or shower to have more island time to enjoy. Free for our guests !

Please note that Culebra has geckos, wild roosters, cats, iguana and a variety of bugs which we try to keep away from our place. Please don’t feed the cute friendly animals you may see as they make take it as invitation to stay awhile, and keep food off counters and in the refrigerators to keep pests away. Keeping doors closed helps a lot. We do use professional exterminator services but sometimes geckos and bugs do get inside, just a reality of being in the tropics.

We are a simple beautiful tropical island, and we have designed Seagrapes to be in the spirit of the island - simple and sweet. Think beach cottage not luxury resort.
