Cuando llegamos, nos informaron que había un problema y no podíamos quedarnos allí. Nos consiguieron otra de sus facilidades bastante lejos. El aire acondicionado se dañó, nunca lo repararon, no funcionaba el calentador, ni los receptáculos de las habitaciones. Así que los mosquitos hicieron fiesta con nosotros. Y aunque avisamos el mismo día, nos dijeron que no podían ayudarnos.

Cuando llegué no tenían mis habitaciones disponible, aunque rápidamente me acomodaron en una más grande y al otro día tuve que mudar las cosas a las habitaciones que había reservado. El teléfono del front desk fuera de servicio y deberían publicar otro alterno como un celular. La atención muy buena y la localización.

Good hotel

We stayed in unit 11 and that unit has a great view of the ocean and the hotel is really close to some great beaches. The manager girl is very friendly.

You get what you pay for, it’s okay!

Cozy, simple room with a very soft bed. Everything is pretty old and metal in the bathroom is rusty. Cold water. Good A/C, not that much noise for a March weekend. The price is fair, there is a terrace on the back of the hotel with a view to the water. Would go again.

I don't normally review but based on the fact that I tried to cancel this booking based on ratings, I am. Yes, it's true, totally a no frills hotel. Communication is also spotty. With that being said I have no complaints and also due to circumstance this hotel saved my experience on Culebra. It is directly across from the ferry port and central to everything that is within walking distance. The hotel manager David waived my first night, even with a no cancelation policy, without penalty when we couldn't make the last ferry. He upgraded us to a larger room and away from possible noise without us asking. He offered us recommendations, answered and even helped set up rentals, etc. In Culebra you only need a place to lay your head. You will have no desire to linger in a hotel room. So if you are on a budget and convenience, good customer service are a priorty, definitely stay here.

Exterminators heaven

This place is a dump. We stayed in a 2 bed room unit. There is no on site staff everything is done by email and the phone number given to call upon checkin wasn't the number needed to get in contact with the manager. Had to find a phone number from a shop owner. Once we got the key we went and explored the beaches which were amazing and beautiful. We came back after 9 pm to finally see what our room was like. It was hot and nasty there was 2 window unit air conditions that were in the bed rooms that couldn't cool because the windows were open and broke. So they couldn't be closed. The bathroom was horrible the door was broken in half the shower didn't have hot water or warm water. The fridge had food in it and then the best of all the next day of our 2 day stay the guest came out to say hi. Cockroaches not one or two I'm talking hundreds of the nasty bugs going up the walls near the kitchen. I took my family and we went to our rental jeep and stayed the night. This place if in the United States main land would be condimed,closed and burnt. Humane shelters are cleaner and in better condition. Hotels.com should be ashamed to even offer this hotel to guest. Stay away from this place. Sleep on the beach if you have too. The island is beautiful and the beaches are the best I have seen in a lot of travel.

Next to ferry

Great location PERIOD. Hotel staff were nice. We checked in after landing via ferry. Rooms were different from what we are used to, but was adequate for the stay. The bar downstairs had loud music, which was a concern. Ferry terminal was next door so easy to purchase departure tickets. Everything is accessible from hotel neighborhood. there are rides available to Flamenco, so car rental is optional.

primero llegamos mi esposo y yo y tuvimos una hora y media esperando a que llegara alguien de la recepción nadie aparecia llamaba al dueño que te dejan el teléfono personal por cualquier cosa y no lo cojia hasta que salio una persona que trabaja allí que no estaba en su turno a ayudarnos hizo hasta lo imposible por buscar la llave del cuarto segundo la habitación que me toco no tiene baño dentro del cuarto había que salir del cuarto para poder usar el baño eso fue horrible para colmo se va la luz ese día de mi estancia en el hotel mas o menos a la 1:30 de la mañana si te gusta dormir a gusto sin ruido fuertes no te recomiendo este hotel ya que queda justamente frente a la terminal del ferry y a cada rato tocan bocina los camiones q llegan no hay nadie para que te atienda en caso de una emergencia de verdad que a mi personalmente no me gusto solo lo recomiendo si janguean en Culebra duerme y se va pero no se ve como lo ilustran en las fotos puede mejorar en mas cosas como tambn los receptaculos de la habitación no cargan, la cama rechinaba como si llegara años que no se cambian en las escaleras están deterioradas con pedazos llevados yo en mi opinión creo. que puede mejorar mucho
