Terrible hotel. Mas allá de la relación precio calidad que fue mala, el servicio pésimo de inicio a fin. La gente encargada de recepción en la noche es gente que no debe estar no saben de que se trata el servicio de hospitalidad. La gente del día bien. Francamente sugiero a expedia retirar a este hotel de su lista.

No nos gustó el tamaño de la TV, era muy pequeña para verse desde la cama, en la habitación que nos tocó se escuchaba mucho ruido del personal, estaba pegada a la cocina tal vez, no hubo agua caliente durante un buen rato y el sabor del desayuno buffete era muy insípido, la alberca principal es muy pequeña para todos los huéspedes, cuentan con otra alberca pero no tiene calefacción y está algo descuidada. El personal siempre fue muy amable pero en esta ocasión fueron más las cosas negativas que encontramos.
