「I booked this hotel for my grandfather and he loved it. The people were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He also loved the included breakfast, the room and the amenities.」

「Our experience was very good. However, the only issue we encountered was the strong kerosene smell on the third floor. The heating lamps located in the interior patio-which at night also operates as a restaurant, where the food is excellent, by the way- emit a very intense kerosene or gasoline odor, and because the patio has a covered roof, the smell ends up accumulating on the third floor.」

「Very nice place and the room was very clean」

「Location was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing is that we had an inner room and we did not have a window.」

「Good and friendly」

「Excellent service, beautiful suite, great location,」

「It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada .」

「Loved our stayed at this hotel, highly recommended it if you’re traveling to Cuenca, Ecuador」

「The hotel was very clean, the staff was great 😃👍 very polite, also location a A+」
