Welcome to a house designed to fully appreciate the reliefs of Stella-Plage, the changing light of the Opal Coast and the magnificent sunsets over the sea.

The raised living room on the first floor offers a superb unobstructed view of the dunes and the sea, promising a unique and soothing panorama every evening. Here, "lingering" means taking the time to enjoy, laze on the terrace and live to the rhythm of the holidays.

The accommodation
The villa has a large terrace ideal for meals with family or friends facing the sunset. At the back of the house, a heated swimming pool of 21 m² without vis-à-vis is accessible on sunny days for moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

The wide beach is located only a few steps from the house just down the street.

warning: in case of very hot weather, the living room on the first floor is very exposed to the sun, so it is hot but the outdoor terrace on the same level is very pleasant. The bedrooms on the first floor are much more temperate (shutters on the first floor but no shutters upstairs).
